UPDATED:
I have updated my “About Me” page. It’s obviously not even called that any longer, is it?
It’s still dorky, but I know you guys look at it. So,even if you’ve seen it, you might want to take a gander.
The weather here is just not my friend right now.
My partner wanted to dive today, but the water is just too choppy & currents are too strong to risk it with her. How do I know this? Same way yesterday. It’s fine for me, but I can’t really look at her and go “neener neener, I get to di-ive and you-u can’t.” (hear the taunting sing-song)
Honestly, the swells are capping. Below about 10m the current isn’t so bad. BUT… I have to keep her above 7m – 7.5m, you can see the predicament. hehe We could go from one end of Mactan to the other in an hour or so… just by drifting. Hell’uva way to see about 10 different “official” sites.
So, here I am, just me and my blog.

As if you needed to know this. But, as usual, divers will understand. (Guess it would apply to a sub in a scene. For non-bdsm’ers, a period or session of bdsm play.) Ya have to be able to breathe – for both hobbies.
I don’t want to risk injury today & I’m usually able to clear up my sinuses before dive time. No, not with medication – I’m safe! Lots of water helps. It’s just discouraging that I’ve been up for an hour and don’t seem to be making any headway. grrr
Any suggestions? I need help ASAP – just use the “contact me” link on the right. Salamat, my friends.

Tomorrow I’m doing one hell’uva proper dive… here’s what it is: *cheesy proud*
Marigondon Cave. The entrance is at 85 ft. (26m) and the cave is almost 150 ft. (45m) long!
At the entrance, there are things like sponges, corals, lionfish and soldierfish. At the end there is a grotto that is home to many flashlight fish. These critters have become accustomed to the dark and have luminescent patches under each eye. If you switch your flashlight off, you’ll be rewarded with the sight of countless eyes winking back at you.
The currents are quite strong there, so we have confirmed the tides, to give us an advantage. Needless to say, I’m psyched! I live for the more thrilling, technical dives. Although, a nice float around any reef here is always great.
Fish me luck!
haha

I’m getting ready to go diving. Shock! I think today I want a slow and easy “drift dive”. You just go to the depth you want, as well as one appropriate for the site, and drift along with little or no effort. What could be any sweeter than that?
Yeah, I’m feeling lazy. But, it’s easy to drift there. With the semi-strong currents between all of these islands, you either “swim upstream” first or have your boat drop you and pick you up wherever you send up your balloon.
Yes, that sounds jusssst right.
